The Beginning
Hi, I’m Yolanda and I could have been the poster child for childhood obesity. This is me at 8 and half years old, when I weighed more than twice what a healthy child of that age is supposed to. Growing up an obese child was difficult, but it led me to this career and this way of life. My past has allowed me to see health and fitness through a different lens than most. I know that I stand here today because I continually choose to work towards my goals because I deserve to, and so do you. I also know that it is my purpose on this earth to help others start and continue their health and fitness journeys by giving them the proper knowledge and skills they need to grow and thrive.
